TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
June 10th through the 28th, 2013
8 a.m. – 10 a.m.: Language Arts, Pre-Algebra, Reading
10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Language Arts, Pre-Algebra, Reading
GENERAL INFORMATION
Incoming freshman courses are offered to St. Thomas High School students who have been accepted but Entrance Test scores indicate a need for review in either Language Arts, Reading or Pre-Algebra. If one or more of these courses is checked on the Pink Course Selection Sheet, the student is required to successfully complete the course(s) in order to continue as a St. Thomas student for the fall semester.
Summer School begins Monday, June 10th. Classes meet Monday through Friday, and each class lasts two hours per day.
- Tuition: Incoming freshman courses are $300 per course.
- Register in Person: March 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., or
- Register by Mail: Deadline April 19
- Please fill out the Registration Form completely
- Include a check with payment in full to: St. Thomas High School

- Refunds: Withdrawal from Summer School during the first week will receive a 50 percent refund. Withdrawal after the first week and disciplinary withdrawals will receive no refund.
- Attendance is strictly enforced. Any student missing more than two class days for any reason will automatically be dropped from the course. Three late arrivals to a class are equal to one absence.
- Books will be available for purchase on the first day of class.
SUMMER SCHOOL REGULATIONS

- The dress code will remain the same as it is during the regular school year: Dockers-type pants (no cargo pants), collared shirt (tucked in) and a belt. No shorts or blue jeans allowed.
- Shoes: Dress shoes or boots, loafers and topsiders are the only acceptable shoes. Sandals and gym shoes are not allowed.
- Hats are not allowed in the school building at any time.
- St. Thomas will be the sole judge of what is improper grooming and/or attire.
- All policies and regulations of St. Thomas High School are in effect during Summer School. If a student is asked to leave for the day, that student will be marked absent to class. A student may be asked to withdraw from Summer School due to disciplinary reasons. The Summer School Director's decision on this issue will be final.
- Incoming freshman Language Arts, Reading and Pre-Algebra are non-credit courses.
