Strategic Plan
A Pathway to the Next Decade
All growth stems from a foundation with God. That foundation is the heart of our strategic plan, which provides a pathway to our next decade; no matter where we go, we go there with God as a guide.
The five pillars in this plan embody our traditions and our understanding of ourselves and show us what we want for the next generation. Cemented in our Basilian Charism, we will continue to offer an exceptional St. Thomas High School experience, developing our facilities as we grow our state-of-the-art campus while ensuring strong financial stewardship. Because we are proud of our efforts and want you to be part of them, we promise captivating communications as we share our milestones with you. Our goals are our very purpose, and in meeting them, we strengthen the traditions of our past while ensuring the success of our future.
